BOHA-Group Advisory is opening a dedicated role for senior strategy and business creation advisors to support individuals, employees transitioning into entrepreneurship, and founders at the very beginning of their journey.

This role is designed for experts who know that most failures happen before execution even starts — because of unclear strategy, weak business models, or poor early decisions.

This is pure strategic advisory. No execution. No operations. No delivery.

What you will do (Advisory only)

You will intervene at the earliest and most critical phase: Start.

You will advise on:

• Business idea clarification and problem–solution fit
• Business model definition and validation
• Strategic positioning and differentiation
• Go-to-market logic and early revenue strategy
• Risk identification and assumption testing
• Decision-making before incorporation, hiring, or development

Your role is to bring clarity, structure, and realism — not optimism bias.

• Seniority: Experienced or senior profile (typically 8+ years of meaningful experience)‍
• Expertise: Strategy and business creation | Business models and go-to-market design | Early-stage decision-making | Digital business understanding (mobile, SaaS, platforms)‍
• Capabilities: Strategic synthesis | Mastery of the business lifecycle | Client-facing advisory posture‍
• Communication: Clear, confident, structured, and decision-oriented | Able to challenge assumptions with clarity and respect
