Senior Advisor – M&A, Fundraising & Capital Strategy (Exception Track)

Intervene where capital, exits, and strategy converge.

This role is a specific exception within BOHA-Group Advisory.

What you will do

You may advise on:

• Fundraising architecture and investor readiness
• Term sheet analysis and capital structuring
• Buy-side / sell-side M&A preparation
• Exit scenarios and IPO readiness
